In order to allow for intensive training during skills practice sessions, the staffing level will exceed the minimum ratio specified by COSCA. Skills trainers will be registered Trainers at COSCA, at least to the ratio prescribed. Other staff will also be COSCA registered Trainers or have at least equivalent qualifications and experience. Staff who conduct experiential groups will have specialised professional qualifications for work with groups, and will be supervised by a Group Analyst from the Institute of Group Analysis (London).
The entire course is run consistently on experiential lines and uses a ratio of staffing which regularly works with trainees on a one to one basis. This is necessarily reflected in the fee structure.
